Lots to Say

Bree is starting to talk more, although my comprehension is limited. I can recognize most words, but sometimes I just have to look at her and say, "Sweetie, I have no idea what you're saying."

Fortunately, this doesn't damper her enthusiasm for telling stories.


We had a video of Barney that included the story of the goose that laid the golden egg. We have geese that come in our yard, and I'm afriad that Bree thinks that they all lay golden eggs. She does like to talk a lot about the goose that laid the golden egg whenever she sees them in our yard.

Bree's storytelling also involves a lot of hand gestures. And running around in circles.

Or, just running in general. In this next shot, she's running because she wants to show us a cricket that she found in the grass.
