I am happy to report that nothing (major) is broken - but as all homeowners know, something is always needing to be fixed! :) What I really meant by the title is that I'm posting things out of sequence.
I last posted on May 22nd - at least that's what Blogger tells me. Has it really been over a month? Hard to believe! So that means I've got pictures from Memorial Day when my parents visited, pictures from visiting DC in early June, pictures from Wendy & Kathy's visit last weekend, and pictures from a coordinated meeting point in Richmond with Anne, Kevin, & David. So that's a lot of pictures to post!
And then there are pictures like these. Taken of Bree when she does something hilarious. But I actually did a good job with not laughing at this one. Bree walked up to me on Friday night and said, "Mommy - I put my makeup on all by myself!"
I had to get my camera. It was quite funny. Although it's more of a "marker beard" than "makeup" - it's still funny.
Luckily for both of us, she used washable Crayola markers. Which have now been put away again. This was the first time she was allowed to use them since she colored on the carpet with them.
Maybe when she's 4 she'll get to use them again. Then again, maybe not.
