The Arcade

These pictures were taken at Busch Gardens on one of our visits.

Bree loves arcades. She loves the flashing lights, the different games, the noises they make - everything. We've spent some time in the mall's arcade, as it's right next to the children's play area. It is often very difficult to get her to leave. It involves screaming, usually.

Bree isn't quite sure what it's all about, but it's very exciting to her. She likes to sit in all the racing car booths, and she'll have me sit her up on the mortocycle ones.

Busch Gardens also has musical instruments to play - they had guitar hero and a drum set (didn't catch the name). Bree climbed right up and started banging away at the drums like she was an old pro.

She didn't pick up the guitar because she's got one of those at home and it's not anything new to her. She often strums her daddy's guitar. One day I asked her if she wanted to learn how to play the guitar and she told me no. Then she told me that Beary would learn the guitar. I take this to mean that Bree is going to be on the drums.

And then, of course, back to the cars one last time before her Mean Mommy comes to take her away.
