Weight Check & Other Things

So, there are the pictuers that I take of Bree, and the pictures that Scott takes of Bree. Needless to say, I can take the WORST pictures of Bree - ones that don't do her justice at all (I refer you to the Harley-Davidson "Hat Day" pictures). I'm going to let you guess who took the three pictures here:

I have no idea why this happens. But we get a good mix of pictures.

We had a weight check on Valentine's Day. It's a darn good thing that they didn't record her weight at our January 14th appointment for the chicken pox - she was 16 pounds 4 ounces on January 14th. On February 14th, she was 16 pounds 2 ounces. She actually lost weight in a month.

But, because she grew since the last time they recorded her weight - January 2nd - they were happy with her growth. She also got taller - she's now 27 & 1/4 inches. So overall it was a good appointment. Bree's also been dealing with a virus of some sort - she had three days of fever, followed by two days of a rash. It was a hectic week between Scott & I having to figure out who was going to work & who was going to stay home with Bree. She dint' go in for two days and came home early on the other three!

Bree & I went to DC the weekend of Feb 8th, 9th & 10th to see friends. We went to the zoo on Saturday, and Bree was, let's say, underwhelmed by the animals. She was more interested in seeing the little kids at the zoo.

On the way home from the zoo, Bree fell asleep on Uncle Greg, who sportingly carried her a half-mile up hill back home.

We had a great time in DC and will be back over Memorial Day weekend when Scott participates in Rolling Thunder. Maybe by then Bree will be a bit more interested in the animals.
